Source Masters International Receives Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Certification
Costa Mesa, CA - September 1, 2006 - Source Masters International, of Costa Mesa, CA, an ingredients sourcing enterprise founded by Kevin Johnson, President, CEO, and recognized leader in the chemicals industry, has received Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Certification from the Southern California Minority Business Development Council (SCMBDC) of Los Angeles.
SCMBDC, the California agency authorized to implement the MBE certification for government and private sector entities, ensures that only firms that meet MBE eligibility criteria are properly certified. A minority-owned business is defined as a for-profit enterprise of any size physically located in the United States or its territories, which is owned, operated, and controlled by minority group members.
